kirin_sagaToday is my first day of college. Already I've made a mistake. I forgot to check the discussion boards the day before class and only checked the materials page. And I didn't think to read over everything in the days before class.
And now I'm trying to figure out what room would be the best to work in. Grandma's not usually home so I figured the living room would be best as it's the most comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. But she's home, on my first day of class, and watching tv. In the living room. While sleeping. And if I mute the tv, she'll wake up and unmute it. And I'll feel guilty for some reason.
My room isn't very good to sit in for long periods, because it's tiny and I don't have a chair or desk, so the only place to sit is the bed. Which hurts my back if I sit there for too long. But it's looking like I'll be in there from now on. Unless I use the guestroom. I'll have to go in there and move things around. Maybe there.
I usually prefer to be in the living room, because grandma often makes me feel guilty for 'hiding'.
But, I'm probably blowing everything out of porportion, because I'm panicking because it's my first day of college.
